The Hide Safari Camp Rates 2011

All Rates for the Hide Safari Camp are quoted in US Dollars. Below you will find the rates for the two seasons experienced in Hwange National Park. The Camp consists of 7 Standard Tents and 3 Deluxe Tents all of which sleeps a total of 20 persons so you know youre guarenteed the private indulgence you deserve.
Rate Includes
Accomodation, ALL meals as served, drinks, South African wine at dinner, up to 4 activites per day, teas/coffees and laundry.
Rate Excludes
National Parks fees must be paid in CASH at the Camp.(Current fees are US$20 per person per day OR Rand equivelant)
Single Supplement Policy
The Hide has a Single Supplement Policy of 25% surcharge on the per person sharing rate during the Green Season - however,
The Hide will waiver this single supplement on a maximum of ONE tent per booking.
Transfers
Transfers are non-commissionable.
Children's Policy
No children under 10 years unless by prior arrangement. (Unless in Group taking over the whole Camp)
Max 1 child to share with parent (unless sharing Deluxe Suite with parents)
Guide / Pilots / Tour Leaders
Rates subject to group size. 6 paying guests - Tour Leader pays 50% ; 10 paying guests - Tour Leader is free.
Government Levies and Taxes
Rates are quoted inclusive of Government Tourism Levy at 2%.
Accommodation for non resident bookings paid in foreign currency is not subject to VAT and the above rates are therefore quoted
exclusive of VAT
Changes to Rates
We reserve the right to amend rates, but will honour any confirmed booking at existing agreed rates. (Confirmed
booking definition : The Hide has received payment for the booking or is holding a valid voucher)
Payment Terms & Conditions
A minimum deposit payment of 25% is required in order to secure a booking.
Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for groups (10+ clients) must be received
60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this period will incur penalty charges. Terms & Conditions provided on request.
